Arrival check-in is the process where individuals announce their arrival at various locations such as hotels, airports, hospitals, seaports, or events. To perform an arrival check, navigate to the arrival check-in section, enter the required details, and select "Check-In." A token will be generated and added to the queue, streamlining the check-in process and ensuring efficient queue management.

The Workbench is designed for service providers to efficiently manage customer appointments. Resources can filter and manage registrations using the "Serve Now" feature. Additionally, appointments can be rescheduled or canceled through the "Action" options, and services can be marked as complete using the "Finish" feature.

Queue Wait List

The Queue Wait List displays the waiting times for individuals at various locations, such as hotels, airports, hospitals, seaports, or events. It shows the duration of wait for each appointment or event. Once an appointment begins, the system displays the total wait time. After the appointment is completed, the corresponding token number is removed from the wait list.
