Company and fiscal year
Every report covers one company. Choose a Salesforce fiscal year; From and To must fall inside it.
Nineteen reports, one ledger.
Open any number and follow it to the record behind it.
Balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and cash flow, plus inventory and sales, production costing, service revenue, MRR and ARR, investor metrics, treasury, receivables and payables, schedules and ledgers. Compare periods, export to Excel or PDF and ask Axo.

When transactions and ledger live in different systems, finance spends month-end reconciling. Here every statement line opens its ledger account, its journal entries and the record that created it.
Inventory on the balance sheet and stock on the shelves come from the same Salesforce records.
Open ledger entries with links that open each source record in a new tab.
Reconciliation checks such as “Assets = Liabilities + Equity” flag a report as Needs review and explain what to correct.
Global filters carry across reports and are remembered in your browser, along with pinned reports and your Axo setting.

Statements use From and To. Balance reports use As of = To.
A native currency shows only records in that currency. “All, converted” converts every record with the active rates.
Switch a statement to Comparison for Variance and Variance %.
A native workbook with currency formats, KPIs and accuracy checks, or a styled PDF of the same snapshot stored as a Salesforce File.
Needs review means a check did not pass; figures still show. “—” means not available for this scope, never zero.
Are the books complete and balanced at close? Is each account correct and reconciled? Can every balance be traced to source?
Are we profitable, within budget, growing? How much cash and runway do we have?
What is our cash and funding position? Who owes us and how overdue? What do we owe and when?
What is our stock worth? What did production cost? Is service work billed? What is out on loan?
Turn on AI Functionality to use Axo by chat or voice. Axo opens reports, changes filters, comparisons and views, and explains the figures on screen. Figures always come from the report.
“Balance sheet”, “profit and loss”, “inventory and sales”, “MRR and ARR”, “AR and AP aging”, “previous year”, “same quarter last year”.
Month, quarter or year-to-date; search, sort, expand, cards or list; drill into an account, show issues, refresh, export.
On the Balance Sheet, Axo can prepare a ledger-link correction for one entry. It is applied only after you click Confirm and apply ledger-link repair.
Operations and finance on one Salesforce platform. Here is what that changed for one manufacturer, and how teams use the operational reports.
Tight production schedules, disjointed processes and manual, error-prone accounting made resources hard to manage.
